Data Sovereignty Protocol

Data Sovereignty Protocol

Effective Date: March 11, 2026

Protocol Status: Active

Core Statement

Your data is your architecture. EchoPro adheres to a strict "Zero-Leak" policy.

  • Voice Data: All call recordings and transcripts are encrypted using AES-256 standards.
  • Lead Protection: We do not sell, share, or utilize your lead data for external training. Your client interactions remain siloed within your unique business instance.
  • Compliance: We are committed to GDPR and TCPA compliance, ensuring your automated outreach remains within legal communication frameworks.

1. Data Collection & Logic Mapping

We only collect data that is strictly necessary to initialize and maintain your Neural Voice Infrastructure. This includes:

  • Identity Data: Name, business entity, and professional contact information provided during system access requests.
  • Configuration Data: Business logic, script branches, and CRM integration parameters you provide to train your EchoPro agent.
  • Interaction Data: Encrypted recordings and transcripts of calls handled by the EchoPro agent for the purpose of lead qualification and quality assurance.

2. Neural Interaction & Training

  • Siloed Intelligence: Your EchoPro agent is a unique instance. We do not share your proprietary scripts, lead data, or customer interactions with other users or utilize them to train global models.
  • Human Parity Metrics: We analyze interaction metadata (call length, sentiment, conversion rate) to optimize the performance and reduce latency of your specific system.

3. Data Sovereignty & Protection

Your data is protected by the EchoPro Security Shield:

  • Encryption: All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 standards. All data in transit (Voice-over-IP) is secured via TLS 1.3.
  • Retention: Call transcripts are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the business logic dictated by your Scaling Architecture. You may request a "System Purge" (data deletion) at any time.

4. Third-Party Interfacing

EchoPro only interfaces with third-party systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or GoHighLevel) via secure API webhooks that you authorize. We do not sell your lead data to third-party brokers. In our ecosystem, you are the architect; we are the infrastructure.

5. Compliance & TCPA

EchoPro is designed to operate within the legal frameworks of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and GDPR. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that their business logic and lead sources comply with local regulations regarding automated communication.

6. Protocol Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as our neural capabilities evolve. Continued use of the EchoPro infrastructure constitutes acceptance of the current Data Sovereignty Protocol.

Experience Optimization

EchoPro uses "Essential Cookies" to maintain your secure session and optimize the performance of the Neural Voice Dashboard.

  • Functional: Required for secure login and system stability.
  • Analytical: Helps us reduce latency by analyzing how you interact with our deployment tools.

Note: Disabling cookies may disrupt the "System Initialization" process on your landing page.
